星彩 [Seisai]
"Seisai refers to starlight"
星 [Sei/Hoshi] means star
彩 [Sai] can mean coloring or color scheme
A more simple and more common way would be to say 星の光 [Hoshi no Hikari], but Seisai sounds a bit more poetic and profound.
Writer's note: This word can also mean the beautiful lights or reflections of jewels that are reminiscent of a star. When you look up Seisai on google, the only images that come up are girls from anime and games. Again, these words aren't used in everyday language, but at this point, the real definition of Seisai might just be beautiful anime girls, and I can't deny that.
